Principal Embedded Software Engineer

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (Master’s/PhD preferred). Minimum 12 years of experience in embedded software development, preferably within aerospace or safety‑critical industries. Strong hands‑on expertise in C and C++ for embedded systems. Deep understanding of microcontroller architectures such as ARM and STM32, along with low‑level hardware interfacing.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain embedded software for avionics, flight control, and aerospace systems. Implement and optimize real‑time software ensuring minimal latency, high reliability, and deterministic performance. Collaborate with system engineers to translate control algorithms and system requirements into efficient embedded code.
