  •   10+ years of software engineering
    experience, including technical leadership in large-scale systems.     

  • Strong expertise in Java/Spring Boot, REST APIs,
    distributed systems, and event-driven architecture.     

  • Hands-on experience with AWS, Kubernetes/EKS,
    containers, Helm, CI/CD, Git workflows, and test automation.     

  • Experience with platform engineering,
    observability tools, automation frameworks, and cloud-native architecture.     

  • Experience driving AI adoption,
    AI-assisted engineering practices, workflow automation, and knowledge
    systems.
