Engages in all engineering management activities assigned. Coordination with various stake holders like Client / various internal disciplines like Projects / Piping / Mechanical / Architect / Civil / Vendors for effective engineering management. Performs all functions as a de-facto manager for the Projects. Mentors, trains & encourages resources within the Team assigned to achieve desired project objectives.
