Reporting to the Associate Director, Engine Life Management Team (ELMT) Asia Pacific, Aftermarket & Sustainment Engineering (ASE), you will help to support the engine centers and component repair shops in the overhaul and repair of commercial engines. You will be working in a cross-functional team to provide regional support to both the legacy and PW1000G programs in the growing MRO network across the Asia region. This position is based in Eagle Services Asia (ESA) Singapore – 51 Calshot Road, with deployment to other sites locally and overseas as needed.
What You Will Do
Lead a small team to meet expectations and required performance work schedules considering customer requirements, resource availability, and other priorities.
Support the customers in the resolution of field supportability issues with timely hardware disposition in support of shop turnaround time, cost and minimize workscope.
