Senior Principal Digital IC Design Engineer

A leading semiconductor company in Neuchâtel, Switzerland is seeking a Senior Principal Digital IC Design Engineer to drive the architecture, development, and integration of advanced digital IP and system-level silicon solutions.

Successful candidates will lead the design of MCU/DSP systems, digital control peripherals, and hardware accelerator IPs, working closely with product integration teams to deliver high-quality semiconductor products. This is a senior technical leadership role with responsibility for design methodology, IP benchmarking, and mentoring of engineering teams.

Ideal candidates will have knowledge of:

• Digital IC design and semiconductor product development
• MCU and DSP system architecture
• Digital control peripherals and hardware accelerator IPs
• RTL design using SystemVerilog and/or Verilog
• RTL-to-GDS flow (synthesis, P&R, STA, power analysis...
