The position will lead and guide the P&C design team in delivering project and proposal activities across a diverse portfolio of international T&D, Renewable (Onshore & Offshore wind/ Solar), BESS substation projects, with a strong focus on UK‑based engagements and in addition to providing leadership, the role will also contribute individually to key project deliverables, applying deep technical expertise and established engineering methodologies.

As a lead, the individual will plan, allocate, and oversee daily tasks within the team, ensuring that all engineering outputs consistently meet required On‑Time Delivery (OTD) targets and comply with internal and external quality standards.
