Responsibilities

The successful candidate will play a key role in leading transactions from origination through to execution and portfolio management working closely with senior stakeholders and investment partners.

Leading the evaluation and execution of direct infrastructure investments and fund commitments across Europe.

Building and reviewing complex financial models valuations and investment cases to support decision-making.

Leading commercial financial and operational due diligence alongside external advisors and management teams.

Preparing and presenting investment recommendations to senior leadership and investment committee.

Managing transaction execution fund due diligence negotiations and documentation through to completion.

Developing relationships with sponsors advisors management teams and other market participants to originate and assess new investment opportunities.
