Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end statutory reporting for assigned APAC entities, ensuring compliance with GAAP (US/SG/JP).
- Coordinate external audits with Big 4 firms and manage all corporate, statutory, and regulatory filings.
- Oversee direct and indirect tax compliance (CIT, GST/VAT, WHT) and support tax audits with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strengthen financial governance through balance sheet reviews, internal controls, and SOX compliance initiatives.
