We are looking for a Principal HR Business Partner to lead the people strategy for Amazon's International Tax and International Communications & Corporate Responsibility (CCR) organizations — two highly complex, globally dispersed functions operating at the intersection of regulatory, reputational and cultural priorities. Reporting to the International G&A HR Leader, this individual will partner directly with executive leaders across EMEA, APAC and the Americas to drive organizational design, executive development, and HR excellence at scale. The Principal HR Business Partner is a strategic role and is critical in building and executing our people initiatives across the International (Non-US) organization including improving organizational effectiveness & design, leading change management, providing leadership coaching and driving HR functional excellence.
