Principal Investment Officer – Project Finance

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Principal Investment Officer – Project Finance to join a leading development finance institution. This strategic role is responsible for originating, structuring and executing complex infrastructure investment transactions, driving bankability and delivering successful project finance solutions.

We are specifically seeking professionals with a proven track record of closing project finance transactions . Candidates must have hands-on execution experience, having taken transactions through the full lifecycle from due diligence and structuring to credit approval, financial close and implementation.

• Originate and develop a pipeline of bankable investment opportunities.
