Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize manufacturing and repair processes for aerospace engine/component overhaul operations.
• Serve as the technical authority for assigned production areas, ensuring manufacturing methods consistently meet quality, safety, cost, and delivery objectives.
• Investigate and resolve complex manufacturing and process-related issues involving machining, welding, coating, balancing, inspection, and component repair.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, DMAIC, and other operational excellence methodologies.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI), process validation, production readiness, and implementation of new manufacturing capabilities.
• Maintain and improve manufacturing documentation, technical work instructions, tooling, and process standards.
