+ Develop and execute an internal communications plan to support each phase of the PRIME Culture Framework rollout, from awareness and activation through adoption.

+ Create clear, engaging content across a variety of formats and channels, including intranet (SharePoint), email, video scripts, digital signage, and leadership messaging.
