_DUTIES:_ Design, develop, and upgrade Cloud Computing infrastructure platform(s) and write procedures for life cycle management. Collaborate with end customers on new requirements, bugs in existing platform and resolving issues as per SLA by collaborating with vendors and other teams. Perform root cause analysis for all outages and provide feedback or make changes to prevent outages. Work closely with ATS and Operations as needed for FFAs and for the investigation of field issues which may require reproduction in the lab for further analysis. Conduct design and development work in the areas of new products/technologies, systems/platform architecture, hardware/software development engineering, technical security, and QA Design/Certification.
