What You'll Do

• Lead the design and architecture of end-to-end solutions on the Dynamics 365 CRM platform, ensuring scalability and adherence to best practices
• Analyze client requirements to design and implement complex CRM solutions using Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
• Develop and configure CRM modules, entities, forms, views, dashboards, workflows, plugins, business rules, and integrations
• Maintain and optimize integrations between Dynamics 365 CRM and other business systems
• Define and enforce security models and access control strategies aligned with data privacy standards
