This critical role reports to the Senior Director of People Success, focusing on shaping and leading initiatives for organizational effectiveness. You will work closely with senior leaders to facilitate smooth organizational transitions and advocate for a culture of high performance and accountability. Your analytical skills will help inform and drive actionable insights from complex data.
