As Principal Designer, you lead the Real Estate experience across OLX, shaping cohesive, high-quality design patterns and systems. You drive a unified, scalable, AI-ready user experience that aligns brand, product, and design across touchpoints. You work hands-on to craft essential interactions while guiding governance and pattern consistency at scale. You partner with interdisciplinary teams to translate user needs into principled, design-led decisions, accelerating impact in a fast-paced, AI-enabled context. This role offers the chance to define the design foundation for Real Estate and influence OLX’s AI-native product strategy.
