Position Overview
**Task and responsibilities**
- Lead and participate in cross-functional teams for efficient establishment of procurement strategies and contracts
- Prepare and issue enquiries, manage and conduct bid evaluation, negotiations and prepare award recommendation
- Manage internal and external stakeholders throughout the process
- Perform contract start-up activities, incl. kick-off meetings and contract training with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
- Manage contracts from award to contract closeout
**Competence requirements**
- Strong and fluent oral and written communication skills in Norwegian and English
- Project procurement experience
- Independent and flexible, with the ability to work within and lead multidisciplinary teams across the organization.
- Skilled in developing, utilising and extending network of internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrates high level of personal integrity and ethical awareness.
