Centralized Learning Solutions (CLS) Operations builds shared, scalable training solutions for hourly associates across Global Operations. Our Operations team drives programs across the full lifecycle, from discovery through deployment and sustained delivery, serving all Amazon business lines in the US and EU and expanding internationally.

The Principal Program Manager enables the CLS Operations delivery organization to focus on program execution by owning external technical relationships and coordination processes. This role serves as the dedicated interface with multiple external software development teams, managing the complex relationships, roadmap partnerships and technical integrations that support our learning technology ecosystem. You will co-own strategic planning processes, facilitate cross-product prioritization, and consolidate product roadmap health across all areas.
