Our client, a leading semiconductor company, is seeking a Principal Silicon Architect to drive the design and development of advanced System-on-Chip (SoC) solutions.
Responsibilities - Define and lead end-to-end SoC architecture across compute, interconnect, memory, I/O, and accelerator components
- Translate product requirements into scalable silicon designs aligned with performance, power, area (PPA), and security targets
- Develop and maintain architecture and microarchitecture specifications, including interfaces, data flows, clocking, and power strategies
- Lead PPA modeling, trade-off analysis, and optimization efforts
- Architect and integrate robust SoC security features such as secure boot, root of trust, and isolation mechanisms
