UI Engineering Manager

Opportunity

As a UI Engineering-focused Manager, you will help UI Engineers develop their career plans, assign project work tailored to their skill set, and manage processes and metrics for a team that supports impactful software. You will make a difference by leading a team of 3-8 direct reports, conducting regular 1:1s and quarterly reviews, guiding promotion processes, managing performance improvement plans, and participating in recruiting and onboarding. You’ll also assist with customer escalations and support critical initiatives across the organization.
