**Overview**

Microsoft Security is looking for a Principal Software Engineering Manager to lead one or more engineering teams building AI-powered, internet-scale security and research platforms. This leader will drive technical strategy, execution excellence, talent development, and cross-organizational collaboration to deliver impactful solutions that help protect Microsoft customers worldwide.

The ideal candidate combines deep engineering expertise with strong people leadership, is comfortable leading through ambiguity, and has experience delivering large-scale cloud services while building high-performing teams.
