About This Role

The Principal Solution Consultant to be based in Tokyo, will partner with our Sales team to orchestrate the best-fit solution of Professional Services offers to allow the customer to achieve their strategic goals in the most expedient and effective manner. You will collaborate very closely with our Customer Success Managers to define and refine the customer journey through its execution. You will provide guidance in the implementation of the offers to our Delivery Team ensuring that its execution meets or exceeds the intended goals.
