About the Role

Support the development of AIA Singapore’s strategic plan, regular monitoring of key strategic KPIs and cross-functional strategic initiatives that drive ambitious long-term growth.

Role and Responsibilities:

Provide support for the strategic planning process by collaborating with division HODs (Head of Departments) to define their strategic priorities, focus areas & plans, ensure quality and timeliness of their submissions, including preparation of materials to facilitate reviews by EXCO and enable clear communication of the Strategic Plan.
