AWS is seeking a Memory Technologist that lives, eats and breathes memory innovation. You will work with many engineering teams, in and outside of AWS, to create new products. You will lead the technical product strategy of memory technologies (DRAM, HBM and new emerging memory) and products to better meet our customers rapidly growing infrastructure needs in both Compute and GenAI. You are expected to bring strong knowledge of Semiconductor technology/process and proven ability to drive product roadmaps from concept through mass production.

Unbound by the status quo of today’s technology landscape, you will lead and own key strategic projects and ensure successful completion.
