**Job Description**

Blue Cross NC is seeking a Principal Treasury Analyst to develop, manage, and continuously improve cash forecasting capabilities for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina and its subsidiaries. This role will lead the analysis of cash flow trends, identify key drivers of liquidity movements, and provide actionable insights that support strategic decision-making, capital allocation, and operational planning.

**What You’ll Do**

+ Lead the development, maintenance, and enhancement of short-term, medium-term, and long-term cash flow forecasts.
+ Analyze historical and projected cash trends to identify drivers, risks, opportunities, and emerging patterns.
+ Communicate trends, forecast drivers, risks, and opportunities in a timely, concise, and actionable manner to Senior Management and the Board.
