Responsibilities
- Define NAND qualification plan.
- Facilitate and manage qualification.
- Perform qualification test data analysis and risk assessment at all decision points within the qualification cycle.
- Perform failure analysis on rejects to identify failure mode and mechanisms that will lead to successful corrective actions and/or preventive actions.
- Coordinate with Research and Development and Product Engineering teams to understand new reliability issues, determine resolutions, and assess their impact to customer risk and reliability.
- Leverage AI tools to automate reporting, defect classification, or root cause analysis.
