Printing Operations Management

• Plan, manage, and execute daily printing production schedules as per order requirements.
• Oversee all printing activities including screen printing, pigment, reactive, discharge, plastisol, rubber, foil, and digital printing.
• Ensure optimum utilization of printing machines, manpower, and resources.

Technical & Process Control

• Supervise printing processes such as screen preparation, color matching, strike-offs, and bulk approvals.
• Ensure adherence to approved artwork, color standards, and buyer specifications.
• Troubleshoot printing defects and process-related issues.
• Coordinate with maintenance for preventive and breakdown maintenance of printing machines.

Quality Control
