To maintain and operate Offset, Digital and Silk Screen printing machines. Cross training on several printing type will be planned for flexibility.
Perform set-ups and the optimizations of printing machines to produce quality printed sheets based on customers specification and requirements.
Strict compliance to the production plan and schedule to ensure timely completion.
Collects the Printing Folder and checks the JRS, Epson Proof and Sample Card (if available) and verify the specifications required (i.e. U-Code).
Prepares all the materials required such as printing cores, plates, inks including the mixing of ink.
Set-ups may require the removal and installation of plates, foils, blankets, inks and other equipment part required including cleaning of materials and equipments.
Examines printed results for ink density, accuracy of design and registration to conform to the required artwork based from the Epson Proof, Master Cop...
