Voyago is hiring 1 Full time Training Facilitator for Non Emergency Patient Transfer in Ottawa, ON

Reporting directly to Operations Manager, the Training Facilitator is responsible for leading orientations for all new hires and existing employees, and assisting in maintaining and upgrading our attendants' skillsets. The Training Facilitator will also provide operations support to the Non Emergency Patient Transfer division. This role includes the ability to provide a high degree of customer service in a fast-paced healthcare work environment and supporting several roles within the Non Emergency Patient Transfer Division.

• Conduct all orientation & training sessions for any new or existing staff as needed including the Emergency First Responder Certifications and Refreshers.
