The Privacy Reforms Program is an enterprise-wide three-year program that has been established in response to Privacy risks and regulations continuously evolving. In Australia, the tranche 1 reforms passed in Sep introduced new obligations coupled with heightened penalties. It is pivotal that we remain proactive in our approach to ensure we meet these new obligations and increasing community expectations.
