To proactively deliver a deep, relationship-based Private Banking offering through value-adding client engagement, portfolio management and tailored financial solutions that enhance the client experience, deepen relationships and support sustainable profitability for the bank.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with Private Banking clients through proactive and value-adding engagement.Drive portfolio growth through retention, cross-selling, sales delivery and identifying new client opportunities.Understand client needs and recommend suitable banking, lending, wealth and digital solutions.Support quality credit applications, annual credit reviews and effective portfolio administration.Manage client queries, complaints, digital adoption, risk and compliance requirements in line with bank standards.Qualifications
