Key Responsibilities:
Drafting and advising on Wills and Powers of Attorney
Managing Executry administration, including complex tax-paying estates
Providing strategic Tax Planning advice, with a focus on IHT, APR, and BPR
Creating and managing Trusts, including technical trust law and asset protection
