An established and growing law firm is seeking an experienced Private Client Paralegal / Legal Assistant to join its busy Private Client department. The Role

You will provide support to fee earners and assist with a varied caseload including:

• Wills

• Probate and Estate Administration

• Lasting Powers of Attorney

• Trusts

• Inheritance Tax Planning

Responsibilities will include:

• Drafting legal documents and correspondence

• Preparing probate and estate administration paperwork

• Liaising with clients, beneficiaries and third parties

• Managing files and maintaining case management systems

• Assisting with the progression of matters from instruction through to completion
