**About this role**

**Role description:**

The European Middle Market Private Debt team provide mid-market companies with senior and unitranche financing for acquisitions, capital growth, LBO’s and liquidity situations. The portfolio currently gathers 110+ of live financing to mid market companies across Europe. The role will be responsible for supporting the Portfolio Monitoring team, as part of European Mid-Market Private Debt investment team, in all aspects of the portfolio monitoring activities and will partner closely with the rest of the investment team, investor relations, funds’ cash management, risk, legal and compliance and COO teams.

**Portfolio Situations**

+ Support the deal team in the drafting of upsizes and amendment requests for specific portfolio situations with recommendations to Investment Committee, including preparation of cash flows modelling
