A major US law firm with a long-established presence in Singapore is seeking a mid-level corporate associate to join its highly regarded Private Equity / M&A practice, acting on some of the most complex and high-value transactions in the region across energy, infrastructure, asset management, financial services and technology sectors.

The team advises private equity sponsors, asset managers, pension funds and sovereign wealth funds on sophisticated cross-border transactions spanning Southeast Asia, India and the wider Asia-Pacific region. Work spans acquisitions and disposals, consortium and joint venture structures, co-investments, fundraisings and significant real asset investments.
