We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Private Markets Analyst to support the operational management of private markets transactions, with a focus on loan processing, borrowings, payment schedule monitoring, and data accuracy across private debt, senior loans, term loans, alternative investments, and private equity. This role is responsible for ensuring transactions and security master data are accurately established in internal systems, supporting a strong control environment, and partnering with internal and external stakeholders to maintain high-quality service delivery.

The ideal candidate will bring solid experience in private markets middle office operations , strong knowledge of loans and senior loan structures , and the ability to operate effectively in a controlled, deadline-driven environment.
