This permanent position requires a doctor who exhibits exceptional clinical judgment, supreme discretion, and the ability to operate autonomously outside of standard hospital infrastructures.

You will act as the principal medical authority during the family's extended maritime deployments across the Mediterranean. Your jurisdiction will cover ongoing health management and emergency response while the client moves between private residences and ports in Italy, Monaco, the Greek Islands, Mallorca, Marbella, Ibiza, and the Algarve. We require a clinical leader who can guarantee absolute privacy and a bespoke, white-glove medical experience.
