Private Client / Probate Paralegal

Location: Middleton

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm (1-hour lunch break)

Salary: Competitive and negotiable, depending on experience

The Opportunity

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Paralegal to join a busy and supportive Private Client team specialising in Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs), and Estate Administration.

This role would suit an ambitious individual looking to further develop their legal career within a collaborative environment, with potential progression towards a CILEX qualification, Solicitor Apprenticeship, or Training Contract.

The successful candidate will have experience managing Will and LPA matters from initial client instruction through to completion and will be confident working directly with clients, including elderly and vulnerable individuals.
