Compensation: $92,158 - $95,000 per year

Responsibilities

Approve welding procedure specifications and welding procedure data sheets in accordance with CSA standards, AWS codes, and ISO welding standards.

Approve welding procedure qualification records for accuracy in accordance with CWB Group Work Instructions and relevant welding standards.

Review procedures qualification records to verify specified parameters on a welding procedure data sheet, assess weld profile and mechanical test results, and suggest adjustments to welding parameters or provide final approval based on testing.

Witness electrode certification tests at client facilities and be present during all welding of test assemblies.

Review and comprehend testing requirements described in welding consumable standards and specifications prior to the testing session.
