Design, govern, and continuously improve end-to-end business processes within an SAP-centric environmentLead and coordinate a team of Process Owners, ensuring alignment with overall process strategyLeverage SAP Signavio for process modeling, analysis, and optimization initiativesDrive process transparency through process mining and process intelligence methodologiesEnable sustainable knowledge transfer and actively upskill internal teams in BPM and Signavio capabilities
