This position is responsible to deliver data services, either Data Quality Analytics (DQA) or Data Guaranteed (DG), as per agreed scope and service level with customer.
Completes timely, weekly & monthly DQA related reports so that customer can attain supply chain information more conveniently and efficiently. Supports in closing the gap of missing events or milestones for DG customers. Regularly abstracts related shipment data from system to check missing or inaccurate information. Clarifies and follows up with concerned parties on root cause of data discrepancies. Reconciles internally as well as externally when any issue was found. Reviews contract / agreement and works with Logistics Analyst (LA) to re-new if they are about to expire. Provides pro-active monitoring of customer facing data.
