• Respond promptly and effectively to customer queries and issues via email or chat, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Accurately enter, update, and manage data across multiple systems and databases.
• Troubleshoot customer problems, provide actionable solutions, and escalate complex issues to senior support teams as required.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred. - Arts & Science No BCA, BTECH, IT, MCA, BE are not eligible to apply.
