We are seeking a dedicated Process Development Associate to join our team in Thousand Oaks, CA. This on-site role involves working collaboratively within the Pre-Pivotal Drug Substance Technologies organization to develop, characterize, and support clinical drug substance manufacturing processes for early-stage programs. The position offers a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic pipeline of diverse modalities.
Responsibilities

+ Support the development, characterization, scale-up, and support of upstream and downstream processes for clinical advancement.

+ Design and execute bench-scale experiments covering end-to-end drug substance processes, including cell culture and purification operations.
