Description:

• Minimum of 3 years of working experience in a related field
• Knowledge of WIREBOND, BACKGRIND, OR WAFER SAW
• Familiarity with 7QC tools, FMEA, 8D, Control Plan, and SPC
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Flexible and able to work under pressure
• Willing to work on rotating shifts when necessary
• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree, College Degree, or Professional License in:
- Chemical Engineering
- Electrical/Electronic Engineering
- Industrial Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Mechatronic/Electromechanical Engineering
