Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and analyze biomass feedstock (e.g., EFB, POME, wood waste, agricultural residues)
• Design and optimize pyrolysis/gasification process systems
• Conduct techno-economic feasibility studies and process simulations
• Develop process flow diagrams (PFD), mass & energy balances
• Work with vendors and EPC contractors on equipment selection and system integration
• Support pilot plant trials, commissioning, and troubleshooting
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian environmental and safety regulations
• Optimize outputs (e.g., syngas, biochar, bio-oil) and improve system efficiency
