Position Overview


Shaw Industries is looking for a Process Engineer to assist the Precoat Department Manager in achieving excellent performance in safety, quality, efficiency, productivity, waste, and cost while ensuring compliance with all company, plant, and departmental guidelines and procedures.
Responsibilities:
+ Initiate and execute actions that ensure departmental Safety, Quality, Productivity, Waste & Cost objectives are achieved and maintained.
+ Provide technical assistance to the Department Manager, Team Managers, Reliability Technicians, Associates, and Internal Customers.
+ Responsible for managing maintenance and capital projects, driving TPM initiatives, cost improvements, and LOTO procedures for the department.
+ Lead and manage Intern(s), OMT(s), and Process Technician(s) as needed.
