About the role – We are looking for an energetic, result‑driven senior process engineer to strengthen our Manufacturing and Development team in Espoo. You will execute, plan, and develop waveguide manufacturing tasks performed mostly in a cleanroom environment and will travel to partner sites in Europe and Asia to ramp up processes.

Key responsibilities:

• Manufacture novel Dispelix AR optical waveguides, primarily by transferring internally developed processes to manufacturing partners.
• Participate in customer projects.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to maintain our leading position in manufacturing see‑through displays.
