Responsibilities

• Analyze, validate, and optimize water treatment processes from an integrated perspective: design, commissioning, and operation.
• Evaluate actual plant performance against design criteria.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve complex process issues in operating plants.
• Propose and implement improvements to enhance plant stability and performance.
• Provide technical support to projects in operation and engineering phases.
• Support EPC and Business Development teams in plant design and new proposal preparation.
• Contribute to the standardization and improvement of process and operational documentation.
• Help reduce recurring technical issues through structured analysis and corrective actions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Development, EPC, and Operations teams.
• Support the development of a future Technical Engineering and Process Management function.
