Position Overview

            Job Description  Responsible for departmental quality target 
Work with production team and supplier to investigate and troubleshoot process related issues 
To initiate evaluation and improve on existing process 
To define and work on next level technology related to the PCB process 
To answer quality complaints and to any discrepancies that arise 
To initiate continuous cost reduction activity 
Prepare and standardize work procedure and provide training to all technicians 
Set quarterly MBO and review MBO ( Management by objective) 
Responsibilities with respect to significant aspects related link to operational control in work area. 
Additional workload assigned by the supervisor. 
 Job Requirements  Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Process, Chemistry or relevant field 
At least 1 year working experience in manufacturing process
