• Proven track record in developing and implementing operational excellence (OPEX) strategies focused on cost optimization and on-time delivery
• Strong technical capability to address challenges in growth, productivity, quality, and margin improvement
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and support sound decision-making

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or related field)
• Solid experience in process improvement and implementation of OPEX initiatives
